Too many Oregon families are struggling to make ends meet, and state policies are making it worse. Tracy believes government should live within its means, just like families do. In the legislature, she supported tax cuts for middle class families and fought against burdens that drive up costs for those already stretched thin.
Tracy will continue standing up to out-of-touch lawmakers who think the solution to every problem is asking families to pay more.

During her time in the legislature, Tracy helped pass a historic housing package that is already reducing costs, expanding options for farmworker housing, and creating pathways for the homeless to transition into permanent housing. But Portland politicians continue to waste taxpayer money in the name of addressing homelessness. We need Tracy to hold them accountable!

Too many parents feel their kids are falling through the cracks, even as education spending goes up. Tracy is passionate about ensuring every child gets a quality education, regardless of ZIP code or background. That means funding schools responsibly while demanding accountability.
In the legislature, Tracy championed both increased K-12 funding and improved oversight for Oregon’s public school system. She will continue to fight for schools that teach the basics, partner with parents, and prepare the next generation for success.
Every Oregonian deserves to feel safe in their home and neighborhood. Tracy has been on the front lines of addressing the drug and mental health crisis that’s taken hold of too many communities. She supported legislation to re-criminalize dangerous drugs while expanding access to treatment and mental health services.
Tracy believes in compassion, but also consequences. Real safety means giving law enforcement the tools they need, while also investing in strategies that reduce addiction, prevent crime, and get people the help they need before it’s too late.

Senate District 11 is home to a diverse mix of working-class families, small businesses, farms, and public employees: the backbone of Oregon. Tracy was raised working as a farmhand for her parents. She understands the challenges that rural communities face, from overregulation to urban politicians who don’t listen. She has worked as a dental assistant in town and now she and her husband Jake operate a small business.
From her working experience, to her full-time parenting, to her time in the Oregon Legislature, Tracy has been a fierce advocate for local agriculture, small businesses, and family-owned operations.
